I want to meet someone who is really passionate about what they do. I want to know why they chose it, what influenced them and how they got there. I'm hoping that in unraveling their life story that I will be able to weave mine.

Seeing these women that were well into their careers, I really wanted to gain something from their experiences, both good and bad. A question influenced by this line of thought was, "What is your biggest regret?" It's always good to learn through someone else's mistakes, and as they say, hindsight is 20/20.
Another fundamental question that I came up with is, "What is the most important personality attribute in this career?" Since they are successful women, they know what it takes to survive and flourish in their specific career fields.
