Questions for the Interviewee

Here are some questions I'm going to be asking my mom's boss:

-Were you thinking about your future and what your career was going to be when you were my age?

-What were some steps you took to get where you are today?

-Are you happy with the career choice you made?

-How did you know what you wanted your career to be?

-Are there an tips you have if someone doesn't know what they want their career to be?
