When i first get to the interview small talk will bethe best thing I can do. Get on comfort level with the person I interview. And then make my way into the interview. I ask where Jonathan is from and where he went to school. I ellhim a few things about myself and then ill ask when andhow he gotinto accounting and why he did it. Did he have any have any curves on his path to become an accountant. Try toavoid any ackward pauses and speak with clarity,
