I have honestly no idea what to expect from an interview on this type of subject. I don't know whether to be professional, relaxed, humorous, lighthearted...or any other type of approach. I think that presentation is very important in this type of meeting, but I want the leader to be comfortable so they can share what they really think, and not a distilled version, or a facade that they put on for interviews. I'm really excited to see if some of my beliefs about life and how to enjoy it are shared by the leader. I have always struggled with conveying what I think about this subject, and I hope this experience can help me out.
