To be blunt a cold call to me can either be hard or easy, I decide which way it is going to go when I hear the person's tone of voice. The best tip, well thin that helped me get over my fear is to fake it. Fake it. Be a boss about it. Just think it is no big deal, say it in your head, and remember to ALWAYS say please, thank you. I read in an article that you can tell on the phone if someone is smiling, remember to be happy and confident. FAKE IT.
