I want to learn what people in my community think of my position and my potential. I want to know how people got to where they are today and what struggles they had to go through.

I really learned a lot from my dad, not only in the short time when I asked him, but I look forward to learning from him for the rest of my life. He will always be my mentor and will continue to give me advice that I can use on my own road in life. What I really liked about how he responded to my questions was that he really knew who I am as a person and therefore could give me more intimate advice about a lot of different subjects. I of course think that he agreed to the interview because i'm his son, but I appreciate him doing it anyway, The main thing that I learned was that success isn't always measured in monetary value, my dad is full of lots of great quotes and insights about how to live a good life. I really appreciate who he is and what he's done for me.

This is actually my dad because the other leader that I had asked bailed out on me. I really didn't want to have to resort to that but my dad has actually a lot of really good insights about life, and most of my ideas about how to run my life come from him. He has worked almost his whole life in a semi-office setting, and only started being a manager recently, before that he was a developer.
