"I tried everything."
Leader's Work Life
She prepares food for the day which might require some simple grocery stopping so stopping by the store and running a few errands, then coming home and working on their farm and property. Then they cook and document the process of making there breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sometimes desert! Bella then puts all of the creative editing and publishes her work. Then reviewing feedback and seeing how she can be one step ahead of her game.
"I believe that everything that takes place in our life, whether it be based on our own decisions or the decisions of others, leads us to certain crossroads where we have to decide of our own will" This quote struck me the hardest because it relates so well with me. Everything that is happening now is all about how we choose to go about it. We all get to make 100 of choices an hour without even noticing it. It's the small things. Bella was also searching for a higher calling. She wanted more than the lifestyle she already had in Roseville where she felt comfortable. She felt a calling and pursued it 100 percent.
Advice from my Leader
I asked Bella what her purpose was or what she felt to be her calling, she said that we all have a purpose. That we are all here for the same one. That we were all meant to live her together in peace and to help one another find happiness and to live through experience. Bella also spoke of moments where either their business got in the way of their happiness and that they always had to grind but they felt the purpose to go out of their comfort zones to pursue their passions.
I was very nervous at the beginning, It all began with me running into this gentleman at my local grocery store that I work at. When he gave me this flyer for the event he's hosting he gave me his phone number for an event this upcoming Sunday, I was also asked at my store that I will be working this event at a tradeshow representing the grocery store. I gave a call back with the news that the event is on the same day and I will not be able to make it. With that apology as the introduction to my conversation, it was easier for me to feel comfortable and he could understand that I was sincere. Moving forward I felt relaxed asking him if it would be ok if I could reschedule or be able to take a bit of his time, to grab some coffee so I could possibly get to catch his story and perhaps seek guidance from where he is at in his life.
Before and After
That it is so easy to go out of your comfort zone and go out and try new things and not to be afraid of sparking new relationships with absolutely everyone. After my interview, I smiled at absolutely everyone. Everyone I saw, and made eye contact with I smiled at them. I want to be able to make a visual difference in people because of the way I feel and the way I view things. Happiness is a choice, just like going out and being someone youd want to be.
