Leader Interview

Leslie Sullivan

Product Manager/ Customer Support- Assemblies

Leslie provides quotes for international and national companies looking to buy wholesale products from her company, Hitachi.

What type of route did this leader take?

  • It was straightforward

    "It was straightforward."

  • It was windy

"It took a while to figure out."

  • It was circuitous

    "I tried everything."

Leader's Work Life

An average day for Leslie is many conference calls based on sales and price changes of certain products from her line. She also gives customers quotes on products they want to buy from her line.

Leader's Noise

All along her noise had been her own family and for some time even her current jobs. No matter what she focused on what she needed to do for herself and no one could tell her different because no one in her entire family had gone to college anyways.

Advice from my Leader

Go to college. If your in college just stick it out for as long as you can. Get involved in as many clubs and activities and have many internships because jobs and colleges don't just look at a high GPA. Your extra curricular activities is what sets you different from the rest.

My Cold-Calls
