Being Physically Acive
Environment & Nature
Upholding a Cause and Belief
What are you going to school for? What's your major? Are you making enough money right now? The Noise is something you get used to hearing, but not something you should succumb to. If you know what you want, no one else's words matter. So learn, and help others learn. Your personal happiness is what comes foremost, and your goals will help you achieve your own definition of success.
Para-educator and High School Football Coach

What type of route did this leader take?
"It was straightforward."
"It took a while to figure out."
"I tried everything."
Leader's Work Life
Work is close to home, so he has a short commute. At work, Ross has an assistant in his classroom to help his students. He often takes advantage of his assistant's help by studying the opposing team while at work, so he can prepare for his other job of being a HS football coach. His workdays can last as long as from 7 AM, to 10 PM when the game is finished.
His focus was so much on football while at college, so he became a teacher to continue his passion. The noise he dealt with was seeing his parents become teachers, so that helped him along in becoming a teacher and coach. Not to mention all the happenings of college life.
Advice from my Leader
Focus on your passion above all else. He was able to continue his love for football after his playing career by becoming a coach, a proven path to have a fulfilling job in life.
Having a relationship with my leader prior to cold calling them made it more comfortable to ask the questions I had.
Before and After
Success is not an end point in life. It's a process in life.
